Usui Reiki Ryoho, Usui's Spiritual Energy Healing Method.

(Taught as 'Japanese Reiki')

Mikao Usui Sensei originally taught Usui-do, Usui's way, a method to achieve unity of self through harmony and balance, which developed into Usui Teate, and then to Usui Reiki Ryoho, the Usui spiritual energy healing method. He wished to help others achieve the peace of enlightenment that he  had searched for and discovered on a mountain near Kyoto in Japan. 

The heart and soul of Usui's teachings are the Reiki Precepts and are part of the Usui Reiki treament method for improvement of body and mind. For Usui taught us that Reiki is not only to heal physical diseases, but for healing psychological problems. By focussing on these precepts  'For today only: anger not, worry not, be appreciative, endeavour your work and be kind to others' we can help prevent illness from returning after healing has taken place, and by  healing  others, we can continue to bring happiness into our lives.

In Japanese Reiki training we learn to chant these precepts in Japanese as they contain powerful sounds (kotodama) which can purify the room.

Komyo Reiki: (Learn Komyo Reiki in Reiki Master update classes)

Rev Hyakuten Inamoto teaches Komyo Reiki, having studied with Mrs Chiyoko Yamaguchi a student of Dr Chujiro Hayashi who trained with Usui sensei. This energy is unique and shared extensively at The Energy Beam. Please refer to 'My Training' page for lineages.

This system incorporates several Traditional Japanese Reiki techniques, Shirushi (symbols) at level II, and a Reiju for Reiki Shares at Master level. The Japanese Reiki update workshops can be added to Komyo Reiki for a more comprehensive understanding of  the Traditional Japanese Reiki techniques.

Gendai Reiki-ho: (Reiki Masters who wish to learn Gendai - please inquire)

This beautiful system is presented through  Hiroshi Doi's Reiki school, Doi having been trained by the 6th president of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Japan and has also received western Reiki training.

Reiki is pure light from the higher dimension and is the vibration of love, harmony and healing. Reiki is an energy healing technique for healing symptoms of the body and mind, and a spiritual healing technique for healing the soul – source Hiroshi Doi. 

Japanese Reiki includes regular Reiju empowerments, a set of Precepts by which to live, traditional Japanese Reiki techniques to enhance the Reiki channel and regular practice sessions called 'Shuyo-Kai'
